The Perey siblings produce this intense Garanoir with purple nuances and an expressive nose full of red fruit aromas, soft tannins on the palate and a slight bitter note on the finish. Enjoy it with grilled meats, mushroom dishes, or cheese.
Felizitas Mathier was the first woman in Switzerland to obtain a master diploma in wine technology. She produces this floral late-harvest Gewürztraminer, round and full-bodied, with typical rose aromas and a sweet touch, in Salgesch.
Domaine du Mont d’Or is a piece of Swiss wine history: it is the oldest wine estate in Valais. Their Riesling shows notes of fresh fruit such as white peach and melon and a lively attack, marked by a slight sweetness, elegant aromas, and a long finish.
La Civetta (“the Owl”) is an interesting blend of Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. Its label has been designed by a young artist revisiting the Rorschach test, aiming at representing the mysterious legend of the Count who used to live on the Castello di Cantone estate.
This whole cluster Pinot Noir shows citrus notes and complex aromas, with a surprisingly complex structure and a persistent palate, elegant and rich. A powerful white wine with ageing potential. Perfect with food.
Ce vin mousseux de Riesling-Sylvaner est une rareté. En effet, il n’est pas habituel de voir ce cépage sous forme de bulles. Très fruité et vif, avec de subtils arômes d’épices, il fera briller le moment !
