Paolo Hefti takes care of his cellar from A to Z, from the plantation of the rooted cuttings to the sale and supply of the bottle.

The fact of practically knowing the bunch cut from the vineyard and having followed it from the beginning until the moment it enters the bottle, represents an added value for his customer, who can be advised and informed in detail about what happens in the vineyard and in the production of the wine. Paolo's philosophy is to use only his grapes, unlike bigger wineries that often use grapes from various winegrowers.

Another special feature of the modern Hefti winery is that it is located in the middle of their vineyards; a feature much appreciated by customers, who can be hosted for tastings or organize company aperitifs upon reservation in this idyllic setting.
