In 2019, Ismaël and Madeleine Bonvin had the idea to create extraordinary events for the launch of their vintages. As all births deserve to be celebrated, they created "L'Apé'Huîtres" to present their still unfiltered white wines in January. This event was created in collaboration with their Breton friends who brought them their own production of oysters.
For the launch of the red vintage they organised a "Tartar'Péro" with a tartar from the butcher's shop in Lens and seasonings from their friend and chef Serge Coustraing from Café Le Cher-Mignon. This is how their evenings have become unmissable parties for their client-friends. A couple even formed during one of their events. And for their first anniversary, they came to celebrate in the cellar. As Ismaël and Madeleine would say, "wine is a magical bond. »
