Once a year, the Ozenit team meets to harvest altogether and put in barrels one hectare of Pinot Noir.
Once a year, during the harvest, the whole team of the Ozenit winery - the owner, the management, the vineyard workers, sales people and Delphine, the oenologist herself - meet and harvest together an emblematic hectare of Pinot Noir.
After 3-4 hours of harvesting in the morning, the whole team takes the grapes to the cellar, de-stems them and then puts them into barrels. It is a special moment that brings the whole team together around a product and reminds them that Ozenit is first and foremost a common adventure that pushes them towards shared objectives. This moment is also an opportunity to thank the owner, Marie-Claude, who has invested in the estate and who, in so doing, has made this beautiful adventure possible!
