The Andreas Gsellmann winery is located on Lake Neusiedl and has been producing wines for generations. Today, the winery stands for quality: flawless wines with depth and elegance without showing too much alcohol or wood aromas. The best vineyards, such as Ried Goldberg, Zwickelacker or Salzberg, are located on the edge of the Parndorferplatte. The more drinkable wines come from vines grown by the lake.
The vineyards are cultivated biodynamically and gently with a lot of manual labour. All wines are fermented spontaneously and the grapes are handpicked and subsequently checked. The winery is a founding member of Pannobile, an association of 9 winemakers from Golens, who are committed to the highest quality, open exchange and a responsible approach to people and nature. They also promote regional grape varieties such as Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Saint Claud.
