Casanova Weinpur Demeter

CasaNova Wein Pur AG cultivates three DEMETER-certified vineyards in St. Gallen and Graubünden. The Seemühle is a terraced site of 2.5 ha and the core of the winery. The Grotto is located on the Walensee in the middle of the vineyard along with the Kaliforni vine garden. The location "Fürscht" directly in Walenstadt under the steep rock faces of the Churfirsten mountain range is very special. The exposed and protected south-west location guarantees top Pinot Noirs. In Ochsenweide and Bovel in Zizers (GR), old Pinot Noir vines thrive on a stony, deep Bündner slate soil with a southwestern exposure. The winery presses and bottles all its wines itself.

CasaNova Wein Pur AG vinifies pure, authentic and vintage wines. The classic varieties, the privileged lakeside location together with the DEMETER certification make the winery exceptional. With the exception of the Walenstadt wines, vinification is carried out according to site. On Lake Walenstadt, the Grotto Kaliforni invites you to linger.
