Millésime

Champagne Lacroix Millésime

A blend of the three grape varieties of Champagne, but from the year 2013. Composed of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Meunier and 25% Pinot Noir. Its colour is a straw yellow, with fine bubbles. The natural and complex nose awakens notes of candied fruit, leading to a smooth and warm mouthfeel that reveals fruity notes as well as mature aromas such as coffee beans and cigar box. Food and wine pairing: ideal for the aperitif, its fruity notes will accompany your oriental dishes. More

Grapes
  • Pinot Noir

The best-known red wine grape in Switzerland is considered the "Queen of Wines". While being a direct descendant from wild vine, it is also a really sensitive variety: Microclimate, terroir and the care and attention to detail applied determine the excellence of its final taste like hardly any other variety. A strong, sweet, complex aroma dominates with a lush bouquet of cherries, strawberries or cassis.

  • Chardonnay

Chardonnay is a noble grape and the figurehead of a worldwide "white wine revolution", in which special winemaking techniques have led to striking wine results. Today’s Chardonnays no longer have anything in common with the earlier, over-sugared dessert wines. Even under high alcohol content of 13%, the fresh aromas of lemon, vanilla butter and exotic fruits come to their best advantage.
