The vines of the Domaine de la Croix Duplex grow in several regions of the canton of Vaud. They benefit from the warmth and light of the three suns in Lavaux: the sun's rays, its reflection in the lake and the warmth of the terrace walls. In Chablais, they benefit from the warm and dry "foehn" wind and grow on stony soils. In the north of the Vaud region, they gave birth to the famous "Oeil de Perdrix" (Partridge's Eye). Simon Vogel cultivates a total of 14 grape varieties, from which 31 crus are produced.
A pioneer in equipping vats with advanced technologies, Simon Vogel had thermoregulators installed in each of his vats to manage fermentation. His white wines are aged in vats and its red wines in barrels.
