This aging is enhanced by a long fermentation and an exceptional 23 months aging on the lees in oak barrels. A rare length, a finesse sculpted by a mature acidity, all wrapped in a persistent substance. The spearhead of Domaine Robert Roth.

Full and fat, with a lot of freshness. Goes very well with a raclette. Alsace as we love it!
