Le Petit Château

Vully, Switzerland

The estate extends over 12 hectares in a unique setting: it enjoys the richness of the land and the pleasures of the panorama. The vines are planted according to the type of soil and the different aspects of the estate, allows each wine to express all its flavours and subtleties. No fewer than 17 grape varieties are vinified in the Petit Château cellar in the heart of the village of Môtier-Vully. The Petit Château aspires to produce "true" wines (minimal intervention and correction), intense in aroma and character.

As a result of the varied geology of Vully, the Petit Château has many types of soil. In this way, each grape variety finds "the shoe to its foot" in order to express all its potential and all its characteristics. Moreover, this gift of nature is heightened by the use of biodynamics, which takes into account all the natural parameters in order to better express them in the wine.
