Like a lookout at the entrance to Epesses, the historic building of Clos du Boux overlooks the village and offers a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva. The estate is the only Clos Grand Cru in the commune and offers nine exceptional wines. Its terraced vineyards cover more than nine hectares. Concerned about preserving the heritage they have inherited, the Massy brothers work daily to keep it alive, evolve and, above all, share it.
The cellar of the estate was dug into the bedrock. To enter, you pass under the vines. It has a sunny terrace and a tasting room, and houses a gigantic 10,000-litre cask. There are also concrete and steel vats. The vinification of Sauvignon Blanc and Calamin is done in ovoid tanks. Without shying away from technology, the team prefers the traditional maturing of the wines.
