Passarini wines

Cantina Passarini was founded by Guido Passanini in 1917. It has always been a company owned by the same family, the first to devote itself to viticulture in its area. A historic, solid and serious company, where people and nature live together in harmony. The winery was passed from Guido to Luigi and today to Gianfranco with his daughters Alice and Valentina and wife Annalisa.

At the beginning of its history, Cantina Passarini dedicated itself to arable farming, livestock breeding and production of wine for own consumption as well as retail sale. It was in the years between the First and Second World Wars when in the evenings many workers stopped at the cellar to have a glass of wine, to buy a flask for home, but most importanly, to be in good company. The atmosphere was frienldy as the Passarini family are as sincere as their wines. Cantina Passarini thus became a place to meet, relax and exchange ideas. This convivial role is still very much present in the company, and today wine is the Passarini family's primary activity, expressed with great attention to tradition and environmental sustainability.
