Grown according to biodynamic principles and fermented spontaneously, this playful Sauvignon Blanc surprises again and again. Once exotic-fruity, then again minerally-elegant and finally long and finesse-rich. A wine that never gets boring!

This white noble vine comes from the Swiss cantons of Valais, Geneva and Ticino. A natural cross between Traminer and Chenin Blanc gave it the French title "sauvage" (wild). It seduces with a bouquet of freshly cut grass, spices and currant aromas. Its taste is mostly earthy with a hint of sweetness of roasted almonds.
