Winzerei Zur Metzg Borstig' Kerl weiss

Our Räuschling grapes from Zürcher Weinland are spontaneously fermented. 2018 vintage ages 18 months in oak barrels (otherwise up to 22 months). Initially discrete aromas, then increasingly accessible and inviting, with notes of pear, white flowers, honey and lemon. On the palate very elegant and filigree, with subtle wood notes and a long finish. Beautiful complexity and great aging potential. More ⌃
